  My wife and I moved to the Katy area in 2001, after only being married for one year. We specifically moved to this area because of the active youth group (6th-12th grades) and sound doctrine. Funny thing - we didn't even have kids then! However, both of us grew up going to churches with a small number of kids, and we both wanted our kids to experience the benefits of having a large youth group.
  
  The elders are focused on teaching the doctrine found in the New Testament, and the members are active in many good works. Average attendance on Sunday morning is 400-500, so large enough to be large, but small enough to recognize everyone.
  
  We now have 3 kids, and I am excited that they are getting involved with the youth group.

  The church of Christ in Katy is a beautiful mix of diverse people who blend perfectly together in worship and in fellowship with common goals – to follow Christ with the bible as our ultimate authority, to grow together in knowledge and truth, and to bring others to Christ. You can’t find a more loving, passionate and genuine group of believers anywhere. If you seek to worship God in spirit and truth and to grow as a Christian and be surrounded by loving people, this would be a great place to visit.

  We started attending the church of Christ in Katy about 6 years ago, and it has been a real blessing for our family. The lessons and sermons are all based on what is taught in the bible, and there are a lot of great lessons and activities for the kids and youth.

  Katy Church of Christ follows the bible in all things. Love is seen everywhere. A very active church reaching out into the world to help
  others. Lots of ways to get involved. Everyone is welcome. I have worshipped there 9 years. A bible versed church!

  For the last 13 years I have witnessed the zeal, sound doctrine, good leadership and great example of the elders, and members in this congregation.
  In times like this, it is such a blessing to be part of this congregation. Truth is preached boldly and God's counsel is always rightly presented.
