  I have been involved in the planning of two funerals at Katy Funeral Home. The first was a little over a year ago for my 23 year old Grandson taken from us too soon. It was a very difficult time for my Daughter and Son-in-law and the associates at KFH guided us through all the arrangements with so much kindness and professionalism. Since they left such a good impression I decided a few weeks ago to make my own pre-arrangements. As expected I was very pleased with the professionalism of both Sherry Davies and Jeremy Ladner in helping me make the right decisions so that my family will not have to be burdened with the task later. They guided me through all the planning with such kindness and I thank them both for making something that I have put off for years much easier.

  I am so happy we choose Katy Funeral Home for my mother's funeral service. The place is imaculate and very beautifuly decorated. The staff is amazing, caring, kind, and very professional individuals who went above and beyond my expectations. Taryn and Christine are absolute angels. I would highly recommend this funeral home to friends and family. Caring for my mother the last few months of her precious life was very sad for us, but when I saw in her casket she looked beautiful and finally at peace. We will be forever grateful to the wonderful ladies at KFH!

For My Me n Family it will for the future and now be Very Personal. I Lost My Wife and made my first phone call to Katy Funeral Home. I had problems with another facility that mislead me in Services provided. Katy Funeral Home help me though that scenario and provide ABOVE N BEYOND #COMFORTCONCERNCARE

  I was so grateful to see the construction of the Katy Funeral Home as I made daily trips to visit my mother at the nursing home just around the corner. As Mom's last days were closing in, I reached out to the contact on their website and learned that though construction was complete, they were still waiting for the last permits before they could open for business. Sherry Ahart-Davies was kind enough to take my number, and did indeed call me days later when they were officially open. Mom passed away exactly two days later, and became the very first client of the Katy Funeral Home. There are not adequate words to express the gracious, warm care and total professionalism that my family received from Ms. Ahart-Davies and her staff. They made every possible accommodation for us, from the visitation to the funeral both held at their beautiful facility. Sherry even allowed us to bring in large crepe myrtle trees to flank Mom's coffin during her funeral. My mother's name was Myrtle, and the crepe myrtle was her favorite tree. Today, those two crepe myrtles are planted on the grounds of the Katy Funeral Home, along with a granite bench that Sherry Davies had installed in memory of my mother, Myrtle, her first client. This is the heart of the Katy Funeral Home. Needless to say, they are now extended family, and three years later we are still in touch.

  We had my mother's service here, the staff is amazing. They are caring and wonderful people. They will help guide you through a very difficult time with the utmost grace. We had a reception after the service and the food was delicious. This is a warm and comforting place to say good-bye to your loved ones.
